A Homage to the Land

As I’m comfortable with digital media, I started drawing on the computer instead of paper. A Homage: to the Land is a series of illustrations that I’ve seen, imagined, and heard about my homeland Bangladesh. All the illustrations are made of lines, with no fill or color used. The inspiration behind the style came from ancient cave paintings. I am illustrating these outlines for more than two years beside my regular works. The illustrations consist of the history of Bangladesh, people, profession, activities, motifs, urban, and rural life.
